Continuing renovations to this house have included a new kitchen, porch, wainscotting and closet storage, vestibule redesign as well as rear porch and facing (this last is yet to be executed). The kitchen features a separate expresso bar with sink, grinds drawer, a custom drying rack in the upper cabinet, and compost drawer. The front porch provides a strong visual decoy to play down the less than perfect proportions of the house. By the express desire of the client, the designs have tried to find a middle ground between the Victorian age of the house, and the predominantly modern tastes of the client.
