This two-part renovation brought together two back-to-back kitchens from a trio of connected historic rowhouses – the oldest rowhouse in Canada. Phase 1 included extensive storage and pantry. Phase 2 was the working kitchen. Though contemporary, the design preserved the country kitchen feel with glass display cases on top, extra deep counter with rear ledge for display of spices and oils, and Italian marble countertop.
