This substantial renovation restored the Victorian splendour of this house. The renovations changed the house from two flats to single-family use and included a new stair to the attic, new master bedroom suite including change room and light filled bathroom (previously a kitchen), new lighting concept, several gas fireplaces and mantelpiece surrounds, library shelving, country kitchen, and wine cellar. Work in the garden included new access to the basement, decks and renovations of existing garden. In addition, PLANT’s work included selection of carpeting, new lively and airy paint colours, window coverings and furniture arrangements.
