This garden overhaul adds some architectural structure and desperately needed outdoor storage to an already well-established soft Victorian garden. The garden is loosely divided in two. The zone adjacent to the house bordering a rich perennial bed has a new two-level deck for lounging and eating, with a built in storage bench, and display for the owners special collection of rocks. The second zone, away from the house, is a more private sitting and BBQ area with a flowering dogwood tree as the focal point. It is contained on one side by the cedar wall of the garden shed and on the other two sides by a fence with windows in it for peeking out.
